Course Description

This course will first review normal adult cardiac anatomy and physiology.  The learner will also be given an overview of the relationship between the pulmonary and cardiovascular system and the associated blood flow.  The course will then provide the learner with an understanding of the pathologic conditions that affect this homeostasis.  The course concludes with an explanation of how common cardiac abnormalities can contribute to sleep pathology.
