Course Description

This course describes those basic human factors that contribute to sexual harassment. Additionally it provides the learner with guidelines to follow which will assist any individual in avoiding situations that may be perceived as sexual harassment. Lastly, the course discusses the effects that this type of undignified and illegal behavior can have on a workplace.
